Meetings
We invite you to come to one of our meetings to see what Auslich Ski Club is all
about! We meet on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of each month. Social time is at
7:00 pm and meetings begin at: 7:30 pm SHARP. Our meeting room is located
in Khoury's banquet room, in the building to the right of the main restaurant.
Khoury's is located on the water in Long Beach in Alamitos Bay Landing.

Woodie's Goodies Barbecue
On the last Tuesday of May thru September, Auslich has what we call
Woodie's Goodies*. We meet to celebrate summer, socialize, and
barbecue hot dogs and hamburgers.
The BBQ is held by the water's edge at the Colorado Lagoon on
Appian Way at the foot of Nieto Ave. The BBQ starts about 5:30 PM and
lasts until dusk.The cost is usually $5 or bring food in sufficient quantity to feed eight people. Salads,
deserts, fruit or vegetable platters are welcomed. Bring your own beverage, but remember
that alcohol may not be consumed in public parks.
*named in honor of a now-gone landmark at "Horny Corners" in Belmont Shore,
where we originally held our barbecues. The tradition continues, just at a different
location!
